This training will provide support to its participants in developing 4 Key tools that will allow providers to work through internal issues that create conflict. This training will explore the importance of 4 Keys in effective Conflict Reconciliation: Internal Responsibility, Embracing Reality, Reframing Rhetoric, and Re-writing your narrative.
