Please join ICOY and the Co-Chairs of the CWAC Finance and Administration Subcommittee for an in-person discussion of contracts, payments, budget timelines, and excess revenue with leaders from DCFS. We will also be discussing requests for the FY26 DCFS budget.

I apologize for the late notice, but the meeting participants were just confirmed today.
We will gather in Springfield at the Springfield Public Library, 326 S. 7th St., from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. DCFS staff, including CFO Kiersten Neswick, will be with us from 10:30 a.m. until noon or so. Parking is available in the garage under the library or on the street nearby. Lunch will be provided.
