This training is designed for supervisors to discuss their role and impact on and in organizations. As supervisors, we must incorporate trauma-informed care principles to address workplace trauma experienced by staff. During this training, Trauma-Informed Supervision will highlight tools for effectively building relationships, managing conflict, and communication skills within teams. Participants will gain strategies to become a trauma-informed supervisor and create a trauma-informed environment for staff and clients alike.
