Please join ICOY’s Trauma Initiatives Team for a discussion on holding joy and trauma during women’s history month! Together we will explore the historical context of gender in relation to oppression and empowerment. Additionally, we will discuss intersectionality to understand how shared gender identity doesn’t equate to shared lived experiences. As a takeaway, we will learn how to promote community and healing adjacently to womanhood. Thank you for dedicating your time and energy to this conversation.
