In this workshop, we’ll engage the world of implicit bias. Through self-reflection exercises and case studies, we’ll explore the power of first impressions and the hidden biases that shape our perceptions. Together we will discover how to cultivate a more compassionate and equitable approach to serving youth experiencing homelessness and trauma.
