This training is designed to help individuals recognize, understand, and manage unconscious bias to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) workplace. Participants will explore the nature of unconscious bias, its impact on decision-making and behavior, and strategies to mitigate its effects.

Two continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for participants with social work and professional counseling licenses (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC).
