Greater IL: Working with LGBTQ+ Youth
This interactive workshop will help workers know how to offer support to the “Alphabet” by identifying and discussing the unique stressors and needs of the community. You do not want to miss the chance to engage and be equipped to offer support to LGBTQIA+ youth.
Greater IL: Staff Engagement & Community Outreach
This is a two-day, 2-hour training that reviews 11 principles and provides participants with the ability t to enhance their engagement practices by examining values, beliefs, cultural sensitivity, and self-control, enhance their engagement practices by examining values, beliefs, cultural sensitivity, and self-control as well as offering tips on creating quality and impactful outreach efforts.
